Curvy Fit Clinic - Monthly Meet Up

Have you been frustrated by fitting your curves? Come to our monthly Curvy Fit Clinic where we will sew through the book Ahead of the Curve by Jenny Rushmore of Cashmerette. Learn how to make a pattern fit you as we sew through five beautiful patterns.
You'll learn the following:
- How to do a full bust adjustment (FBA)
- Rounded shoulder/rounded back adjustment
- Fitting pants for curves
- Grading between sizes
- How to "read" a toile and determine what adjustments need to be made

| Skill Details: | Must have some experience sewing on a machine. |
| Materials Included: | Bring your own materials. Irons and cutting mats will be provided. |
| Requirements: | Must have a copy of the Jenny Rushmore book Ahead of the Curve. (You can purchase this the day of your session) You'll also want to have the following in your toolkit: muslin | tracing paper | pins | pattern weights | highlighter | pen/pencil | fabric scissors | paper scissors | fabric tape measure || All supplies purchased in the shop receive a 10% discount. |

| Instructor Bio: | Jackie has been surrounded by sewing since she was a little girl. Her mother sewed for her and her siblings which inspired Jackie to begin sewing herself - even making clothes for her own daughter and now her granddaughter. Jackie's love for sewing is evident in every conversation. She loves sharing her sewing knowledge and is a patient instructor. |
