- Fussy cutting to create eye-catching, precise motifs.
Each month, you’ll learn how to manipulate these techniques into unique block designs, unlocking endless possibilities for your quilting projects.

- Half-Square Triangle – discover countless design options from this classic quilting unit.

By the end of the series, you’ll have a set of blocks ready to be turned into a quilt, pillow covers, or other projects; confidence in your cutting and piecing; and the know-how to tackle more complex quilting projects.

| Skill Details: | This is a CONFIDENT beginner-level quilt workshop but not a beginning sewing class. You should know how to use a ruler, and rotary cutter. You should have experience using a sewing machine including winding a bobbin and threading the machine. |
| Materials Included: | Includes the companion book. |
| Requirements: | Use our machines or bring your own. We have cutting tables and pressing stations. You may want to bring your own small cutting mat and rotary cutter to use at your workstation. |

| Instructor Bio: | Amanda Karel began cross stitching when she was 6 years old. Over the years, her love for making things expanded into several formats -- sewing garments, baking, crochet, embroidery, macrame, and now quilting.
