Walk with Confidence - Walking Foot Quilting Club
Join us for a year-long exploration of walking foot quilting techniques! In this monthly club, we’ll work through WALK by Jacquie Gering, focusing on a new chapter each session. Whether you’re new to using your walking foot or looking to expand your skills, this club is the perfect way to learn and practice in a supportive, creative environment.
You can join us for the entire series or choose the sessions that work best for you!
What to Bring or Purchase:
- a spool of cotton thread
- 3-4 10”x10” basted quilt sandwiches (solid fabrics recommended to see your stitches clearly)
- the book WALK by Jacquie Gering
- Your sewing machine (or use one of ours)
- Walking foot with guide
- Washi tape, painters tape, or Hera marker
- Grippy gloves for quilting
- Quilter’s ruler (12” or longer)
Each month, we’ll explore new patterns and techniques, building your walking foot quilting confidence one stitch at a time. Whether you join us for a single class or the whole series, you’ll walk away with new skills and inspiration. Let’s get stitching!
