Start a T-shirt Quilt!

Get ready to turn your t-shirts into a cozy quilt!
In this workshop, we'll get you started on a memorable T-shirt quilt - whether it's sports t-shirts, kid's shirts, concert tees, or whatever meaningful t-shirts you have, we'll teach you how to prep them and work on layout design for an improv style quilt using our design walls.
We'll discuss:
- The correct way to prep your t-shirts
- How to prep them without disturbing the t-shirt design
- Ways to layout your t-shirt blocks
- Finishing techniques including fun ways to back them!
Supplies needed:
- 2-3 yards of featherweight iron-on interfacing (the thinnest one)
- a press cloth
- 25-30 t-shirts washed with the side & shoulder seams cut and the neckband cut out, be careful not to cut into your design!
