No Fear Zippers: Noodlehead Open Wide Pouch
We're so excited to stitch up one of our favorite zipper pouches with you!
This functional and stylish pouch is made with an extra-long zipper allowing it to "open wide" so you can see everything inside!
Learn to install a zipper and make a pouch with a lining.
Perfect for sewists of all levels, you'll want to make one in every color!
We'll be making the medium zipper pouch.
You'll need:
- Two fat quarters - one for the exterior and one for the interior
- 1/2 yard of SF101 interfacing
- one 12" (or longer) zipper with plastic teeth
- thread in matching or contrasting color - cotton or polyester is ok!
All supplies are available in the shop and you will receive a 10% discount on any purchases made for class.
Class fees include a copy of the pattern.

- Free street parking is available on Germantown Avenue, Carpenter Lane, Meehan Street, and surrounding side streets. Please note that even if parking is free, there may be an enforced time limit. You may need to walk a bit to get to the shop, please plan accordingly.

• The SEPTA 23 bus from Market Street Station in Center City headed towards Chestnut Hill stops directly in front of Needles & Bolts.

Skill Details: | Should have working knowledge of a sewing machine. If you have never used a machine before, sign up for our Make Friends with Your Machine workshop or the Elemental Tote class! |

Instructor Bio: | Marci is a midwest native who is passionate about creating with needle & thread. After decades spent acquiring the "perfect fabric" for myriad projects, she rediscovered her sewing machine during the pandemic and is finally putting those fabrics to use.
