Make Friends with Your Machine!

In this 2-session workshop, we'll get you up and running and ready to sew on your machine!

In session 1, you'll learn how to thread the machine, wind a bobbin, change a needle, start and stop stitching, and if there is time, make a stitch guide of all your machine stitches. You'll also cut the fabric for the drawstring bag you'll make in the second session.

In session 2, you'll learn to backstitch, read a pattern, adjust the tension and understand seam allowances all while creating a fabric drawstring bag!
